Megaman Chrono X FAQ
Greetings, /r/BattleNetwork! For those of you who aren't aware of who I am, my name is Windsofthepast (or Winds for short) and I work along side /u/Killer336, /u/SoulRed12, /u/MidniteW, and the illusive MaxRock as part of the Megaman Battle Network Chrono X team. For those of you who aren't aware of what Chrono X is, I strongly encourage you to check out our site to find out more. For those of you who are aware of what Chrono X is, great! You're my new best friend.
In preparation for the release of Demo 5 (more information can be found on the stickied post at the top of this subreddit), I have taken it upon myself to bring the FAQ for Chrono X up to date, as it's last major update was way back before the launch of Demo 3. That's where all of you guys come in! As I am only one person, and the rest of our dev team are busy working on final stuff for the release of Demo 5, our minds are elsewhere and not exactly thinking about questions you guys might have in regards to the demo. So I'd like your help in gathering questions to add on to our FAQ. They can be anything ranging from 'What kind of requirements do I need in order to Run Demo 5' to 'Will Demo 5 include [Insert Navi]' (please note, that last one is actually already a question, but for example purposes, was listed anyway).
The current FAQ can be found here. All of the questions are hyperlinked at the top, with their respective answers listed underneath the question if you click on the link. I strongly suggest reading over that first to make sure any questions you suggest are not already listed, as that's a great way to lose your newfound best friend status with me.
If you have any questions relating to the FAQ, or the purpose of this post, please feel free to ask.
Please note:
This is NOT an AMA. This is just us gathering questions to answer for the FAQ. Another team member or myself may reply to some questions here as we deem necessary, but that doesn't mean all questions presented here will get an answer.
We will not be giving away plot heavy answers. You can ask about if something will be included in Demo 5, but questions relating to what new story content is being introduced will likely be ignored, and not added to the FAQ.
Please refrain from asking personal questions about the team or team members. Yes there is a team related section, but none of the questions there are personal. Asking for personal information about team members will get your question ignored.

PLOT:
It's been a year since the Cybeasts threatened the peace of the world. Lan and his friends think life can't be better living in a quiet, peaceful net society. Deep inside, Lan wants to relive the days of defeating net criminals, and saving lives.. Soon he will get his wish, because a dark secret is about to threaten the earth.
Many years ago, a beast was unleashed upon the Net. This beast was eventually defeated by the duo none other than Lan and MegaMan.
A mysterious group named 'Red Infinity' wants to resurrect the beast. Its members are gathering 'Z Parts' from around the world. While Lan is at Sci Lab one day, a mysterious navi attacks and steals an old document from Sci Lab's computers.. What could be in this old file that Red Infinity would want? What do the 'Z Parts' have to do with the beast? What did this navi steal from MegaMan, crippling him at the scene of the battle? Stay tuned for more updates from MegaMan Battle Network - Chrono X to find out!
Note: X, Zero or any other non-Battle Network characters will NOT appear in the game. Same goes for Shooting Star MegaMan.
MegaMan Battle Network Chrono X is a fan-game by MegaDudes Production that aims to replicate the experience of Battle Network to perfection to deliver a theoretical Battle Network '7.' The story will continue from the adventures of Lan and will connect in some way to the Distant Finale as seen in Battle Network 6. It is currently the most progressive Battle Network fan-game on the Internet. This project started in 2009 and has made enormous amounts of progress since. We have downloadable demos to try.
Demo 4 Download -- This contains the whole first two chapters of the game. This totals about 4-6 hours of playtime. Yes, the first two chapters. Enjoy. You can try the game with a plug-in controller, too!
