About subscribing
The subscription will allow you access to Albuquerque Journal Daily Newspaper for one month at $24.99. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Links to Your Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

Delivery problems

I have been subscriber for 20+ years. In the last year I have had lots of delivery problems. Wet newspaper, no paper wrong paper ad finally late paper. Today we had to go someplace and didn’t see the paper. We figured it was late. Finally we called and we were advised we have to call before 9am to get a new paper. I was giving the carrier the benefit of doubt. Now NO PAPER. We are seriously considering dropping the paper and just buying it when there’s something we need to see in print. The dollar store sells the paper for $1. It’s sad that they don’t have a quality control problem.

ZERO STARS

I tried to change the stars from a previous review but could not.
We have two family members on our subscription, but 90% of the time the app will only allow one person to download the paper. This app has always been full of problems, but this is the worst.
The sad thing is that the developers get the reviews, and they are the ones who should be fired. Please do not send a canned response.
Time for a letter to Mr Lang.

Useless

The app for Albuquerque Journal is a mess: Try to respond to a comment. Sometimes you get comments, other times the screen goes gray. They want to charge to see some things. Hercules bicycle serial numbers. I would pay if they had a decent app!
